1.Otvorite novi dokument...Namestite #003100 boju (Dark green)za foreground.Sada napisite nesto...

2.Idite na Filter--> Blur--> Gausian Blur.Namestite radius na 1px.

3.Sada idite na Filter--> Distort-->Ocean ripple i upisite ove podatke:
Ripple size: 5
Ripple Magnitude: 10

4.Duplicirajte layer i idite na Filter-->Sketch-->Water paper i upisite ove podatke:
Fiber length: 42
Brightness: 70
Contrast: 64

gornjem layeru namestite da vam blend mod bude na Hardlight ili na neki
drugi za koji mislite da je najbolje...Sada spojite ta dva
layera(Ctrl+E)

6.Duplicirajte layer i sada idite na Filter-->Blur-->Motion Blur i upisite ove podatke:
Angle: 90
Distance: 33
Namestite blend mod na Hardlight..To je sve..Sada bi trebalo da izgleda ovako:
